1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of demandhammer.com (the "Site"), operated by Demand Hammer ("Demand Hammer," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site Is Informational

The Site describes our marketing services and is provided for general information. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of any specific result. Using the Site or submitting a form does not create a client relationship.

3. Marketing Services

Any marketing services we provide are governed by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties. If anything on this Site conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

4. Pricing, Figures, and the Founding Free-Trial Offer

• Pricing shown on the Site is current at the time of publication and may change. The price that applies to you is the one stated in your signed agreement.
• Cost-per-lead and other industry figures shown on the Site are third-party market benchmarks (for example, published Utah advertising benchmarks). They are context, not promises, and are not Demand Hammer client results. Demand Hammer makes no guarantee of any specific lead volume, cost per lead, or revenue outcome.
• The Founding Client Free-Trial Offer — in which Demand Hammer waives its month-1 management retainer for the first 10 clients — is a real offer whose exact conditions are defined in the signed Founding Client Agreement. That document governs. The key terms are: (a) the client funds their own advertising budget directly to Google or Meta (minimum approximately $1,500); (b) the 30-day free-trial period begins on the date campaigns go live, not the date the agreement is signed; (c) the agreement is month-to-month after the trial period and may be cancelled at any time without penalty; and (d) setup fees are waived for founding clients. These terms apply only while the conditions in the signed Founding Client Agreement are maintained.

5. Forms and Contact Consent

When you submit a form on the Site, you consent to be contacted by Demand Hammer about your inquiry by email, phone, or text. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you provide.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site's content, branding, and design are owned by Demand Hammer and may not be copied or reused without permission. Work products created for a client are owned as set out in that client's signed agreement.

7. No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demand Hammer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
