No. The management fee covers our work building and running your campaigns. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google and Meta — we never mark it up. We recommend a minimum of $1,500/month in ad spend on the Starter tier; Growth and Scale carry higher minimums so campaigns clear the algorithms' learning thresholds.

The Starter tier is month-to-month with no lock-in. Growth has a 3-month minimum and Scale a 6-month minimum, after which both move to month-to-month. We do not use 12-month contracts with early-termination penalties — if the work is producing jobs, you will want to stay.

Setup fees are waived for our first 10 clients. After that, setup is $750 for Starter, $1,500 for Growth, and $2,500 for Scale. The setup covers account configuration, tracking installation, and campaign build.

Yes. Add-ons are available on top of any tier — for example Meta Ads management on Starter or Growth ($750/mo), a full website build, an additional service area ($400/mo each), or an additional trade beyond your tier limit ($300/mo each).
